Internet Retailer Conference & Exhibition
Last month, SquareTrade CEO Steve Abernethy and Biz Dev Manager Naomi Reagan joined peers and fellow industry professionals at IRCE09.
The theme of this year's IRCE - held at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center - was Rising Above—Not Just Surviving—the Economic Storm.
Over the course of this four-day conference, there were 179 featured speakers and over 90 sessions devoted to the strategies and tools that e-retailers need in order to thrive in this recessionary economy.
We enjoyed the opportunity to meet with industry leaders and discuss how we continue to redefine the industry. Many thanks to all who visited our booth and special shout out to our fabulous neighbors uAmplify and Ship-Right Solutions!

RetailVision Spring 2009
Twice a year, Everything Channel brings together Top-Level Retailers, Vendors, Distributors and Industry Experts from across North America and Latin America for RetailVision.
SquareTrade attended as exhibitors this year and had the opportunity to meet with many of our current and future Retail Partners.
In fact, our co-founder Ahmed Khaishgi got a sneak preview of the site redesign for the TheNerds.com - before it unveiled it's new look and joined the ranks as one of our newest partners!

ChannelAdvisor's Catalyst 2009 Conference
SquareTrade was also in attendance at Catalyst 2009 as one of the newest of ChannelAdvisor's partners.
Held in Raleigh, NC, the conference focuses on multi-channel e-commerce strategies and brings together top online Merchants, analysts, service providers, online marketplaces, comparison shopping and search engines.
Our very own Vince Tseng was a Panelist on Searching for Gold at Checkout.
Vince, joined with Bruce Jakubovit of Webloyalty.com and Colleen Martin of Bill Me Later (pictured left) as representatives of leading service providers.
The panel addressed online retailers searching for more ways to service their consumers whilst generating incremental revenue in the checkout process and suggested solutions for tackling problematic areas like shopping cart abandonment.
The SquareTrade team enjoyed the opportunity to meet with many of the eBay sellers in attendance who use our free feature on their listings to increase their margins.
